Tile Project Company, solution partner Aras Kargo in the transportation procedure. All stages of the shipment process may not be carried out under the brand name of Tile Project Company. However, the Tile Project Company is ultimately responsible for delivering the products to the end user seamlessly. Please check the product during the delivery of the cargo, if there is any damage in the product package or in case of any damage to the product, please contact with the cargo official and contact our company, in this case the product will be changed by us. Otherwise our company will not be responsible for the product damage when the cargo officer leaves the delivery area.
The product will be delivered to you at stall time specified. Special occasions include official and regional holidays, Christmas and unified religious holidays. Due to the fact that distribution partners do not work in these tours, the shipment may remain after the holiday, depending on the order entry date. In such cases, the Tile Project Company will notify the customers by mail. In the case of canceling or returning an ordered product (subject to conditions of return), the shipping fee shall belong to the customer.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery
All orders are securely boxed, the boxes are then placed on a pallet and secured. Please note that our delivery times are a guideline, and may vary due to drying times and international haulage services.
We are unable to store any orders on behalf of customers. Any deliveries that have not been arranged within 6 weeks will be charged a holding fee of $25 per week until dispatched.
