It is produced by mixing the ground coarse, marble tobacco, quartz, cement and natural pigments in high performance machines, handmade special molds by single hand work and pressing with high pressure under strong machines.

The biggest difference from the old tiles is the compression strength (maximum strength, minimal liquid emulsion), standardized (sifted, washed, dried) aggregate and natural high performance pigment mixture. For this reason, it can be used in the outdoors as well as inside.

Access to the strength required for laying varies between 10 and 28 days after production depending on ambient temperature. Standard size is 20 x 20cm. Size, 20 (+ -1) mm. Thick. It can also be produced in different sizes depending on space and choice.

Approximately 225 different models are being studied. Existing projects can be produced in different colors as well as new model work can be done according to the place.

The surface should be smooth, dry, clean and dust free.

Laying plans of the cargo should be done and the middle axle should be taken to the application according to the geometry of the room and laying towards the outer parts from the middle. The products are handmade and made entirely from natural raw materials. For this reason it is normal that there may be differences in thickness and tone in products. Products are installed with zero joint.

It is recommended to use flexible adhesives in places subject to heat exchange (Underfloor heating). Waterproofing materials (impregnation) should be used for wet floors.

Since rubber hammers and similar tools may cause damage (high impact) to the products, they should not be used during laying and should be hand-held.

Jointing should be done after a certain period of time (usually after 1 day of waiting on the tiles).

Joints should only be cleaned with water and sponge after drying for 15-30 minutes. The abrasive process can not be done with a diamond tip.

The abrasive process should be done after the laying of the tiles and at least 1 day after the joint filling.

The process of wiping is made from thick stone to thin stone (1-2-3-4-5 and lacquer), and polish stone is finished by polishing stone to obtain a glossy surface.

If the rusty finish is applied, the carol stains and heavy traffic become resistant.

If there are these potential situations that are wiped off when stains, wine, and similar stain removers are poured into the tank, precautions should be taken with chemical protectors.

It is not advisable to apply chemical varnishes on the surface to form a film layer, as the final product of ours has the necessary hygiene properties.

However, it is advisable to use special impregnant materials which do not form a film layer on the surface after drying and moistening the carpol in the outdoor environment where some organic substances (tea, coffee, wine) and some chemical substances may be exposed.

Cleaning of tiled floors should be done using only soap bar, not aggressive cleaning materials.
